Do something out of the ordinary. Take a step into the unknown. Have fun. Allow the Bluebird of Happiness to land in on your hand. Enjoy. Become aware of and move into new levels of Spiritual Awareness and Healing. Congratulations on how you took are of some rather unhappy experiences with people and/or circumstances. You have weathered the storms of life and now it is time to enjoy your awesome rainbows. What you are affirming for has arrived. Invite it into your life take possession of it and ENJOY right here and right now.

When dealing with others use the sandwich approach. Use the Sandwich Approach for challenges in your life. This consists of one slice of praise, the filling and another slice of praise. Example: Your daughter Holly always has a messy room Procedure
Holly you are a wonderful daughter – (first slice of praise); Your room is messy. (Filling); And I know you are a responsible person and will clean up your room, (second slice). Now you have sandwiched your criticism with praise. And when you add P to raise, you have PRAISE!

I, (your name), now treat all my relationships with loving kindness. I encourage and praise when appropriate. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I fully accept (Sign your name and date it)

When you sign and date your Master Affirmation, you have made a firm and binding contract with your Higher Self, God, or whomever you believe in.
