Keep up the good work! I am proud of you! You love being happy and making others happy too. You accept people of all races and nationalities. People respect and look up to you. You help all people to love, respect and approve of themselves. You have many friends and you are very important! You have learned to use your powerful word ‘No’ when you feel it is not in your best interest to go somewhere or do something. Way to go!

Keep on refusing to be a doormat! Stick a label marked Doormatitis on a cup, and then fill the cup with water and visualize all your negative feelings of living the role of doormat going into that water. Then empty the cup of water, imagining all those negative, depressing feelings going down the drain with the water. Repeat the whole process every day for a minimum of 21 days. You may wish to keep on repeating it daily until you feel that all feelings of unworthiness, self-doubt, etc. have left your Being. It takes 21 days to make a habit. Be patient knowing positive changes are taking place within.
