Lately you have been a little restless, feeling your need to express yourself in writing! Your self-help book is all about forgiveness. Do the forgiveness process yourself. Life forgives you. When you cut your finger, it does not stop and say, “No, I am not ready to forgive you; you have been a bad person.” Your body immediately begins to repair and heal itself. The doctor sets your leg when it is broken, but it is God or nature that heals it.

HINT AND/OR AFFIRMATION LIFE TOOL
Read your self-help book on forgiveness and then write a letter to that person who hurt you. Write down all the negative things that he or she said or did to you and how they hurt you so deeply. Then burn the letter and get on with your life.

IMPORTANT NOTE
This letter is Never, Ever mailed or given to that person. This is an exercise specially tailored to help you forgive and move on.

SAMPLE AFFIRMATION
I, (your name), now easily forgive everyone and everything that has ever hurt me. I now forgive myself. I love, respect and approve of myself just the way I am. I am happy. Thank you, thank you, thank you I fully accept (Sign your name and date it)
