Appreciate yourself. Learn to love, respect and approve of yourself just the way you are. This gives you the permission to change whatever you desire about yourself and your life. You deserve a medal. You are wise and you use your knowledge wisely. You are weathering life storms very expertly. Focus on your calm, new and improved self-image.

When you add ā€˜dā€™ to anger you get danger! Anger and resentment can be deadly toxins festering your body, mind and spirit. Be aware of your self-talk. You are learning to stop putting yourself down and placing limitations upon yourself.
What are you saying to yourself about yourself? Ever thought about what you think about? Never say anything about yourself that you do not want to see manifest in your life.
