Now is the time to really love and appreciate yourself. Learn to love, respect and approve of yourself just the way you are. This gives you the permission to change whatever you desire about yourself. You deserve a medal. You are wise and you use your knowledge wisely. You are weathering life storms. Release anger and get on with your life. I would also encourage you not to be so hard on yourself! Lighten UP! Focus on your calm, new and improved self-image.

When you add to Anger you get Danger. Anger and resentment can be deadly toxins festering in your body. Be aware of your self-talk. You are learning to stop putting yourself down and placing limitations upon yourself. What are you saying about yourself to self? Ever thought about what you think about? Never say anything about yourself that you don’t want to see manifest in your life. Perhaps it is time to do some ‘thought and word watching.’ Keep track of your thought and words for a day or more and your will discover exactly where they are residing. If you are not happy where they are, then you and you alone have the power to change them.
