Yes, you are on the right track! You have started your Forgiveness Process. Did you know that suppressed anger can dramatically weaken your immune system and cause all types of problems? Often those physical problems can be helped by simply embracing positive thoughts, attitudes, behaviours, healthy diets and lifestyles that lead to good health. To have and maintain a healthy relationship with yourself, do your Affirmations regularly. You may also wish to take up yoga or stretching exercises.

Close your eyes, clear your mind of all thoughts and just be still. Feel how wonderful it is to enter the stillness where you can hear that small voice within. Now think of all the people and/or circumstances that you need to forgive. Make a list not leaving out any person or circumstance that ever hurt you. Then one by one forgive them completely, release and let go.
