Fear – 35

Do you feel as if you are downing in an ocean of fear? Where did that fear originate? Was it in childhood? Do you suffer from low self-esteem? Today you can change all that. Positively change the way you feel, think and talk about yourself. You will notice that your life changes accordingly. Write out your interpretation of fear, read it and then burn it as burning reduces it to ashes.

The Fear Zoo Procedure
Place your fears in your own fear zoo. You may fear a wild tiger in the jungle but would you fear a tiger in a cage in a zoo? Visualize your fear of closed-in spaces as a ferocious tiger, fear of rejection as an angry gorilla, fear of dying as a giant giraffe; fear of poverty and lack as two grizzly bears and so on. Visit these Animal Fears often. Encourage them to speak to you in your mind and learn from them. What is your greatest fear? Name it, give it form, and speak directly to it in a controlled, safe atmosphere and watch it disappear.
